Return and refund policy

Our returns policy covers a period of 14 days from the date you receive your item. During this time, you may request a return or refund of the product, provided the conditions described below are met.

Cooling-off (change of mind) – 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Once you notify us, you have another 14 days to return the product. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories. When exercising this right, we will refund the product price together with the basic delivery cost you selected at checkout. Enhanced or express delivery is not refundable. Return postage for change-of-mind cancellations is the responsibility of the customer, provided this has been clearly stated in advance.

Faulty, not as described, or wrong item

If your item is faulty, not as described, or the wrong product was sent, we will cover all return shipping costs. Customers in the EU benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee. UK customers are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which includes a 30-day short-term right to reject for a full refund. After that period, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

How to start a return or cancellation

To begin the process, please contact us at waviclean.help@gmail.com, providing your order number, name, address, and a description of the reason for return. If the return relates to a fault or issue, please include supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

  • If your request is approved, we will send you a return label (for faulty or incorrect items) or provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the product (for change-of-mind returns).

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier. All refunds are made to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, or to custom-made or personalised items.
