What is the warranty coverage?

Your Waviclean device comes with a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer law. If it develops a manufacturing fault within this period - and it is not caused by misuse - we will repair, replace, or refund your device. Please check our Refunds Policy for more details.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then delivered in 5-10 business days across Europe and the UK. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. For assistance, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery step by step.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to selected countries to ensure the best possible service. You can proceed to checkout to confirm if your location is eligible - most European countries are already covered. If your country isn’t available, please contact us and we’ll be happy to add you to our waiting list for future availability.
